Hello from germany!! What a great forum!!
I wish I'd found this site earlier, so I'd done things different.
I partly finished the garage build last year outside it's still OSB and I gonna order the rollup-door next week...

Welcome aboard. Where is the garage located? Are you concerned about the OSB getting wet? I like the garage BTW. What are the dimensions?

Cheers!

I guess i'm not first to say it, somebody else beat me to it, but i'll say it again. Welcome to the board!!

I found this place, because i heard about it on another board. Now i hardly ever go to that board anymore, and i spend WAY too much time here.

Where in Germany are you? I was in Germany a month or so ago for the first time. What a beautiful area! We spent two weeks travelling in western Germany, all the way from Switzerland, and into Belgium. We ended our vacation at the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa.

P.S. I wouldn't necessarily say you are "overseas". True, most of us are from the U.S., but the WORLD wide web is everywhere. You could say we're all overseas, right? I think you'll find a lot of members from all over the world on here, and we all love our cars, garages & tools!

It's located in Nuernberg, Bavaria. I used the class 100 OSB, or what ever they call it and I was told I could leave it blank for 2 years, so I gonna cover it next summer.

Dimesions are 20 x 26 and overall height is 16.5. I plan to extend it next year about 10' to have a seperated mashine shop in the back.

Gruess Gott! Wilkommen --

Great looking garage. I'm somewhat surprised that the Germans are building with OSB - I thought they built everthing with bricks and blocks.

I used to live near Bamberg, but enjoyed Nuernberg also -- especially the "Tucher" Weissbier.

hmmmm Beer!!

Servus! A lot of my friends are stationed in Bamberg. I'm exactly in Fuerth.

One reason was, moneywise I could do everything step by step and by myself

2nd: I don't wanna be the typical german... hahahhaa

ok, if the mods don't mind... :)

It's nothing fancy. Bought it as a worktruck, now it became my dailydriver and is still under construction
