New garage guy in Florida

I'm Ben, I live in Florida and I'm building a garage...

My back ground is speed: Shifter Karts, Moto-X, Sport Bikes, SCCA Road Racing, Offshore Powerboat Racing and HEMI powered Jeep Wranglers...

I've been leasing a 3200+ sq.ft. shop for several years now and I've decided to build my own garage. It's going to be a 40'x40' attached to an existing 15'x20' single car garage. I'm planning on: 2-Post lift, urethane cleared floors, 14' ceilings, HVAC, a bar, a driving simulator and of course a Motorsports Trophy wall... Plus maybe a few other twist... Wish me luck...

Wow, what a life! Will you adopt me??? Those toys are amazing! You've definitely got a keeper to let you play like that. Great looking family, too. They must get their looks from your side of the tree. Glad the BVI experience turned out well.

You need to start a thread on the HEMI Jeeps. They look sweet.

The shop you are lining up sounds great. High ceilings, A/C, cool toys. Add lots of power and lights too. Hang out here long enough and your goals will change a couple times. Good Luck on the build...

And yes, the HEMI Jeep are cool. And yes, other than some lingering headaches from the BVI trip, I'm all good... They call me stitches now...

Thanks! And the doors are 11'6" tall, good eye... The base shop is 40'x40' with a 15'x25' side garage... I'm gonna need more toys...
