New garage HELP!

I’m looking to build a 34x60x12 garage with an attic room. I had the building site work done in July . A large amount of fill (up to 7’). My question is there anything I need to know before starting construction next July? Any advice is greatly appreciated . The garage will be 2x6 walls metal hidden fastener roofing and vinyl siding. Thanks

What are your concerns? Make sure you think of everything, write it down... Think ahead if you ever even might put plumbing, heating, special electrical...Size you power and panel big enough for anything that might come up in the future.
Good vapor barrier and insulation are key, any plans for a lift in the future, pour for it now, bathrooms? Plumb for it now .Tv stereo wires, air lines for compressor..Ventilation...
Talk to you building inspection dept. make sure you have all the permits you need...

Build it bigger.
How thick is the concrete? Any chance of installing a lift later? Plan for it before the floor is poured and make sure your ceiling is high enough. 12 foot is marginal.
