Hey everyone, I'm Travis, I bought my house 4 years ago and it's finally time to get a shop built because my driveway and carport are not cutting it anymore! It's also holding me back from restoring my 72 Buick GS. I am inside city limits (West Ashley for any local folks) so I am limited to 600 sqft due to setback restrictions on anything over that, and frankly I don't want to jump through the hoops of a variance request, which I heard probably won't work anyway. I'm also limited to the low roof peak height of 14' because it can't be taller than the principal structure. Yes, I am very jealous of you rural guys who can build a Boeing factory in their backyard and no one will come knocking on your door!
