On to the back wall. I have some Rosseau metal tooling cabinets that I picked up off Craigslist a while back. I want to sand & paint those and use them to anchor a workbench across the back wall of the garage.
First, I need to ready the back wall by clearing it out:
The cabinets are steel and I may be storing other metal items under the workbench in the future. The concrete wall is below grade at the back of the garage and even though I have not had any moisture issues, I am going to put on a coat of Drylok and caulk the base of the wall.
Here is two coats of Drylok. This stuff is really thick and I think two coats are mandatory for good coverage.
