Been lurking for a while as I've been planning a garage build. This site is a great resource and I've recieved a lot of great information and ideas.
Anyway, it's about time I formally introduced myself and my upcoming project.
I'm hoping to start construction on a 25x28' detached garage near Greensboro, NC.
Plans are for 5" thick 4000 psi slab, radiant floor heating. Future floor covering tbd. 10' walls with scissor trusses, 2x6 construction and fully insulated. 1 18x8' door, 1 man door, and maybe 2 windows somewhere.
Planning on putting in a Rotary SPOA10 lift, and wiring 220V for a compressor and welder at some point down the line.
Hopefully things will be underway soon and I'll have some pictures to share in the gallery!
