I had a previous post regarding adding onto my existing 22' x 22' garage. After some expert opinion we have decided to get rid of it and start over.

The old (existing) garage foot print is 22' x 22'. I poured a slab next to it 18' x 24'.

Plans are to see if someone wants my garage and move it, or demo it and start over.

2" x 6" walls, 10' high. 12/7 or 12/8 pitch roof with bonus room rafters for storage. The new concrete has Pex in it for floor heat.

2, 9' x 9' doors into the old footprint, and a single 9' x 9' door into the new slab.

There will be a 2" x 6" divider wall between the two, with a 10' sliding barn door to move between them.

OSB on the walls, with maybe some old galvanized tin as a wainscoat.

Ceilings will either be galvanized tin, or white tin.

I am planning on some exterior steps to reach the attic.

The new stall will be used for a bit of everything.

My wife and I build and refinish furniture as a side gig/ hobby.

I also am restoring an old family truck. 1949 Chevy 3600.

Right now we are way too crammed in the 22' x 22'.

Looking forward to having the attic as a huge storage area for furniture and parts, and having stuff more organized on the main floor.
