First time poster. Been reading the site for about a year while planning to have a garage built. I am amazed at the knowledge and useful information here. I am hoping some could help me with a lighting plan.

Backstory:

53 years old, like to tinker on old cars. This will be the first garage i have had in my life so having a roof over my car where i can work on it at night and the 300 days a year here in Buffalo New York area that there is either a chance of thunderstorms or snowstorm is going to be a major life altering thing for me.

Garage

will be 28w x 30L x 10H. It's the absolute biggest i can jam on my small property. Building permit approved. Will have separate electrical service (electric cheap here), so i will have plenty of juice.

When they build the garage i would like them to insulate the ceiling and put up the ceiling drywall. I can beg, plead and blackmail some friends to help me do it, but it would be a lot easier to just to have it done when it gets built. So i kind of need to figure out where to put the wiring boxes for the lights. The sidewalls i am going to leave open, probably tack in some insulation to get through the winter while i figure things out.

Below is an image of the garage (if i posted it right). Its not perfectly scaled and aligned but hopefully good enough so you get an idea of what i am thinking. I'd like to do an 18ft garage door, but the tool i used didn't give that as option. Sidewall D will be attached to the house for about 20ft and stick out in front of the house about 10ft. The door on sidewall D will go into the house. A window is there now, its going to be replaced with a door, so its position is kind of fixed as to where it has to go.

Lighting Suggestions/comments needed:

Initially 6 lights over each bay (and probably an electric drop in front of each bay), 8 in the back for the workshop area and a couple on the side to light from the front garage door to the house entrance. 4 3 way switches (each bay, side and back), by front door and house entrance door. I am thinking to use these lights: https://www.samsclub.com/sams/linkable-10pk/prod21062241.ip?xid=plp:product:1:1 (no Costco in my area). Says they can be daisy chained up to 10 so i think that gives me some flexibility if i want to rearrange/add some lights.

So does that sound like a halfway reasonable plan? Anything you would do differently? Thanks in advance, all help/comments greatly appreciated.
