Hey guys looking for some feedback. Looking to put up a second garage. Company local to me in MA does garage packages with site work foundation and all rolled in. I've included the link below. Just wondering thoughts and pros and cons to prefab garages. Looking at a 36 x 40 or so roughly so I will have to customize from their packages but that is an option I've been told.
