New Garage needs a good concrete floor sealer

We are about 6 weeks away from being able to move into our new home. I do lots of work in the garage fixing oily/greasy things and would like to seal the floor with something that will prevent oil, gas, and paint stains.

Prefer a clear color but will consider anything that protects the concrete and isn't too slippery.
