New garage owner from AZ

Howdy from sunny Arizona!

I have realized a life-long dream of building a big workshop where I can have room to store my vehicles and also have room to work on projects.

I'm just a hobbyist. I like to work on my own cars and motorcycles as well as help others and build and create stuff.

The garage is a 40x35x12 steel building with insulation on the walls and roof, a 16x10 and 10x10 rollup doors and two man doors.

Currently I have no services connected in the garage, but I have electrical service to a panel in the garage and I have water just outside.

I've exhausted my budget just building the garage and getting the floor coating done, but I plan to run electrical for 110 and 220 outlets, lighting and door opener.

Ive been doing lots of reading, but the amount of material here is VAST.

I'm hoping to contribute where I can, but for now I plan to just read a lot.
