New garage owner in MN

Hello all! I'm 23 and just bought my first house in august with a attached 20x22 2 car garage with 2 8x7 doors and a pillar in the middle. The property also has a 16 x10 shed that has a loft for more storage and a concrete floor and insulation, and a 14x7 shed right next to the garage with a wood floor. The garage came with the modine heater that was installed when the house was built in 1966. The heater doesnt work that I know of and I plan on replacing it very soon. I come from the H.A.M.B so my garage needs to fit some big american tin, so space utilization is very important to me.

My folks owned new homes all my life and my father never worked on anything, so I have had to teach myself everything. I may ask real dumb common sense stuff from time to time, but bear with me, I'm still wet behind the ears.
