new garage owner!!!!!

just saying hi, have lots of questions. i am in the greater seattle washington area and am getting ready to have a company build me a pole style garage 40x40x14. the contractor has given me a quoted price with 4" of concrete in one large layout(rather than little seperations?) is this a good way to do a garage, my ground is extremely rocky(anything from 1man boulders down to baseball size and so on) i will post a couple different questions in different sections of the board

Sorry for the long pictures without comentary i forgot about this website as the garage was being built otherwise i would have posted them up as i go

any thoughts?

the wiring is going to be done by me here next month sometime

i am waiting on 2 final inspections(the building and the final site prep)

i am looking into a tile-clad high solid epoxy coating for the floor as i have muric acid washed it last weekend and plan on sealing it with something this weekend.
