New garage plans

Hi everyone just bought my first house last fall and after finishing renovations I'm finally able to build the garage I've been wanting for years. What I'm thinking about is a 18 or 20 x 31 metal structure. Size is limited to about 600 sf by county regulations. My plan is to put a lift about 10' off the back wall & make the back area my workshop, allowing parking for 2 cars if needed. Any advice would be appreciated. It seems like this layout would suit my needs but I know many of you have been there & I would rather hear about other people's problems than run into them myself after spending a bunch of money.

Nice. I used the same one I use on hotrodders so I wouldn't have another one to remember. I'm also looking for layout ideas but will probably work with what I have for a while.
