new garage project

Hi All,
I am new to GJ and my detached garage project is underway, I have been reading thru posts on flooring and was wondering if anyone has acid stained and sealed there garage, I am interested in hearing about pro's and cons. I did stain concrete in a garage I had years ago and I liked it as it absorbed in and it didnt make it slick when wet. I also am considering racedeck, but assume I still should seal concrete first. Excited to be here, there are some amazing garages!!

Welcome to the forum. I don't know anything about acid staining, but no doubt someone here with the expertise will chime in and help you.

Staining is an excellent way to change the look of a floor, but stained floors should be sealed to prevent them from getting discolored and such. Tiles are great, but much more expensive/sq ft.
