New garage rough in advice with Pics

My electrician is coming in to wire next week. As you can see in the pics the garage is pretty tall. From floor to ceiling it is 13-14'. I am mainly looking for suggestions so I do not forget anything. My ceilings are pretty high so I was thinking maybe I should do some storage overhead which would affect the lighting. The main 3 car garage is 36'x26'. The only plan I have right now is for my gladiator cabinets to be on the back wall. The only other things I can think of is roughing in for air hose and side mount garage door openers. I guess more than anything I am trying to figure out a good way to use the height of the garage to my advantage other than just being a high ceiling. I will just do general stuff in the garage. Nothing really in particular. I fly rc helicopters and planes, some wood work, oil changes, minor mechanic stuff...
Any suggestions are welcome..

Wire in network cabling and co-ax, for a TV/monitor, computer, etc.

Pull a network cable for a wireless access point in the ceiling.

Wire for security cameras?

Power under/in wall cabs for under cabinet lights?

I'd build a wall of shelving. Similar to what oldcarguy did in his shop build thread.
The shelves go floor to ceiling and he built a rolling ladder out of an aluminum ladder.

My dad flies rc too. In past he had competed in the Senior Pattern Flying Association. Think they are in southeast. Mostly north alabama georgia and Tennessee.

I would love one of those fans but they are so expensive. I will put plugs for wall mounted fans though.

I will have power for undercab lights also. I am not sure I will ever put a tv out there though? I almost forgot the security camera wires. And some speaker wires.

Sounds like your dad is a good pilot. I will have to look up the thread on oldcarguy. Lots of great ideas. Keep them coming!

As far as fans check out Charles in ga. He and others have used a fan from Home Depot with success. I click and save pics to a file for future use. I've saved a pic of his fans installed.

Also note. When you do searches use google. Search on google should go like this. . . Garagejournal (whatever your searching for)

The build looks great so far.

I didn't wire for speakers either but did wire for (Cat 5) cameras. My thinking was that it is easier to have a battery backup for a POE (power over ethernet) system vs. wireless cameras that for the most part go dark when the power goes out. That said, I have a few wireless cameras in the mix to supplement my wired cameras.

Yes I prefer cat 5 over wireless especially on new construction. I have tried a few wireless things in the past but I am happier with quality of hard wired speakers and cameras.
