I am preparing to build a new detached garage. Due to zoning issues I can go no deeper than 35'. I was wanting to build something that would be room enough for 8 cars. So, 40' X 60' was the plan. Now I find out I can't go any deeper than 35'. I think this will still work for 8 cars. It may be tight. Does anyone have any inside pictures of a 35' deep garage so I can get an idea if this will work? Thanks.

It all depends on the size of your cars. 35 feet deep divided by 2 = 17.5 feet, and assuming your measurements are from outside wall to outside wall it's going to be a foot or two less than that on the inside.
