From the looks of that sandy soil Id say you are in South Jersey? Can you hint at what an addition like that might cost? How did you go about screening the contractor?

yes I'm in sewell nj it cost $100,000 not including the roofing
the contractor does comercial work for me I didn't get any bids i told him what I wanted he told me what it will cost shook hands and now its almost done
here is the

Thank God I live in WI. You could build a hole house and garage for that. OUCH!!! All my family lives out east, I couldn't do it. I'm too MidWestern!!! Great work though!!!

As an example my dad had his 2.5 garage turned into a great room with 17' ceilings, and built a new 3 bay two story garage complete with 9' doors, a rear service door, and upper level for storage. All that did not total 1/2 of what is listed above. Again, OUCH!!! Fantastic looking, thank you for sharing the pics!

damn eastcoast is expensive.. would probably cost about 25 grand or less to put that up here..

but the final product looks great, espesialy keeping the brick outside wall.. good choice

How do you have them setup? I see IR eyes on the bottom of the doors. Do you have IR transmitters only or do you also have a hardwired button setup on the wall?

there is a control button on the wall the box with antenna is for the remote
