-single bay is 2 cars deep w/ 10x10 paint/finish/clean room behind the 2nd car
no electrical switches/outlets in finish room. lights are recessed above plexiglass. unsure how i want to vent the room yet.
-behind the double bay is a 35x20 workshop.
-behind the garage is the carport
-attic space above will be storage & eventually a couple of bedrooms
-walls are 10' tall to allow room to maneuver 8' lumber & add 2post car lift. added extra 4" of footing under pad for car lift.
-plumbing for air tools throughout
-air compressor & vacuum system for wood tools are enclosed under stairway so i don't have to hear them.
-8" thick exterior walls for lots of insulation
-lots of lighting

Pics are dated October 2005. Any newer pics? Just curious how the front of the garage turned out. Any windows above the front garage doors? Also, any dormer windows in the roof line? Is that a 9/12 pitch or what?

yeah, pics are a little old. those were the only pics i had. will try to snap some new ones soon. there will be a window above the garage doors. pitch is 10/12, steeper than i cared to work on. after laying 2 rows of roof sheathing, i hired the rest of the job out. i've done most of the work myself w/ some help from father/brother. this has been a saturday project for a little of 6 months now. getting doors/windows delivered tomorrow.

My old house could just about fit in you attic! A 14' x 80' mobile home. I don't understand, no outlets in the clean room? Vapors?

i stayed in a 14x70 2-bedroom mobile home on the same lot while building my house, along w/ my wife, mother-in-law, 9 dogs, 1 cat & 2 rabbits.

yes, lack of outlets/switches is to avoid any ignition of vapors.
