I just purchased a warehouse to make over into my garage/shop. Here are a few pics and I will keep you guys posted as I make more progress. The first pic was as I took possession last Thursday on Sept. 30, The second pic was after I hired a company to grind the old epoxy which turned out to be 2 layers of different color epoxy with a floor diamond grinder and the third pic is after the first coat of new epoxy. One more coat of gray epoxy with flakes and then a third of coat to be a clear coat will occur over the next couple of days as it dries in the process. The floor was smoothed and filled in any chips and cracks to make smooth.

Very cool. Oh the possibilities of raw, open space. And better yet, it's already (mostly) white. Good luck.

It also has a 13' over head door with 15' ceilings. I have 220 electric being run to where I want a compressor. As soon as the electric is run is done, I am going to repair the sheet rock and paint. I have another post on this forum to figure out how to do custom wall lettering to put a name up on the rear brick wall.
