Here's a few of my new garage that's attached to a 2500 sqft house on the golf course

It's 28' wiide by 23' deep.

I should be closing end of March.

First order of business will be to VCT the floor with black and white 2x2 checker board, some framed posters, memorabilia, new tool box and of course a full size beer fridge.

I have the white and black vct and its great and all but for some reason I think I would of prefered the grey/black combo. I think it would be easier to keep clean, and wouldn't show as much dirt. Because no matter how hard you try it gets dirt in there. Just something to ponder.

Almost the entire front of the house is garage.... Thats awesome!!!

Thanks erock01, I've seen that black/ grey combo and like it. I'll probably go that route.

Recidivist, that's the only reason I bought that floorplan, the rest of the house could be the size of a bread box for all I care...it's the garage that had me sold.

I'll post up some before and after pics when I get it going.

I like the look and the size. One of the pictures had a green pipe coming out of the concrete on a angle. What is it for?

Thanks. The green pipe is a chase for the AC drain lines, it pushed out when concrete was poured. It's fixed now though.
