Gents,

Here it is..

24x26. 10ft ceilings, 2x6 constuction. 18x8ft R15 garage door. 12 inch block, 6 inch 4,000 psi slab. 3 velux skylights one vented, 2 non. Roofed to match house. Will be sided to match house.

I just finished the following. Floor for Attic, Stairs to Attic, Rough Electrical, Rough Gas, Modine Hot Dawg is here. Driveway is paved.

Its coming along pretty good.

Nice storage. I did the same thing. I may have done a little overkill but since my trusses were not designed for an attic floor I added some bracing. I couldn't really tell if yours were or not.
By tying the 1 x 4 into the top I created a roof truss. The 2 x 4 tied the trusses together and also gave me a back stop so I wouldn't push stuff off the edge by mistake. I put the 2 x 4 on top of the plywood and ran screws into it from the bottom.
I added the optional 2 x 4's where I thought I'd put anything real heavy.
Right now I've got a lot of engine, suspension and interior parts stored up top.

Just a suggestion but you might want to add some braces.
