I am planning to build a stand alone 2-3 car garage. Mainly for wood working shop and lawn equipment, etc. storage. I plan to get prices from contractors. I also my do some of the work myself with the help of contractor friends. This will be built in KY. I am considering using a motel AC/Heater wall unit. I am open to all suggestions.
