I stumbled on this place while looking for stuff about a Winton Cadet vice I have, never even crossed my mind that anybody would restore or collect vices, after seeing many pictures of restored vices I went out to the garage pulled up a stool next to the beverage storage unit and drained several containers while admiring my old workhorse of a vice. Neglected as it may be, I have once cleaned and lubed it and given it a coat of black Krylon a few years ago.

Zilla: yep we do like our vises (vices) here at GJ. if you stay here long enough to read and look at pictures i bet you'll find a mate/friend for your Cadet vise for the other end of the bench.

only bad thing i've noticed about this forum is i've found more than a few things to spend my money on so i barely ever have a benjamin in my wallet anymore that isn't heading to buy something i NEED OR WANT.
