New guy from Charleston, SC

Just signed up... lots of great info and some awesome garage builds on here! My wife and I moved to Charleston, SC two years ago this May from Washington DC/Alexandria VA, so we could actually afford to buy our own place instead of renting tiny apartments. Haven't done much to the garage yet, but there are some great ideas I want to pull from the site already. I have a two car, but space is still at a premium. Just sold my 1970 Ford Bronco and it is being replaced by a 1966 Chevy stepside that was my dad's, so space is going to get even tighter with the new truck. My floor needs some major help...looks like it was a bad mix when then did it and the concrete is very gritty and makes tons of dust.

thanks scoutguy. we definitely love it here. we're out on John's Island so a little more rural than the rest of the Charleston area, so that's a plus for me.
