update:

just signed off on our first home! should be moved in before Oct. 31st.

main focus will be on space-saving (as there's no room to expand in the back with an out building).. flushmount cabinets for fluids, car wash equipment, and maybe some other stuff. garage will also work as a hangout for myself and my car friends so the garage "build" will feature some electronics, full size fridge (maybe), and some finishing on the walls and floor.
