Hey everyone...

Just bought my first house and have an attached 2 car garage and another detached oversize (deep) two car garage. Just finished up building my first work bench for the attached garage. Eager to learn lots from everyone here!

Welcome to GJ, isa. Congrats on scoring TWO garages with your first house! I envy you! I agree with fbf, we need pix!

You will fit in well here... New house and you already are filling both garages! :lol_hitti

Between work truck, personal truck, fiance car, motorcycle, kayak, tools, lawn equipment, 12 ft john boat, duck & goose hunting decoys and many other odds and ends, I'm sure I will fill them up. The dettached right now has all the odds and ends from moving in it.

I want to get rid of the wood paneling in the attached garage, what do you guys suggest for wall material, drywall? I have brown paper drywall behind the wood paneling, think it would be ok to mud, texturize and paint that?
