Hello everyone!
Joined the forums to see if i could learn anything.
Wife and I are contemplating building a detached garage, hopefully 30x40.
I just dont know anything about building or construction. Hoping this changes.
I live in the country on roughly 1 acre with a fenced in yard.
The garage cost will be financed through a 401k loan and personal savings.
Can anyone help with what to read to learn more?
I have some drainage and elevation issues that will need to be addressed before building the garage.
Looking forward to getting started this summer.
