New Guy from Maryland

Hello all;
I just found this site while looking for info. on the compressor I just bought, a IR 2340 60 gal. upright. Great forum, seems to have a wealth of information on subjects I am intrested in.
I am a retired high steel bridge inspector and have been a military Dodge M37 3/4 ton truck collector/restorer and mil. generator collector for the past 30+ years. I do all my own welding, abrasive blasting, wiring and mechanical work so I am sure I will find The Garage Journal a great site with answers to the many questions that come up in my varied intrests.

Thanks guys, I would like to post some other photos of my 2 M37 Dodge trucks but am unsure where to do so, how about some guidance where in the board to do it.

Hapis, where in AA Co. are you, I used to spend some time there when I was inspecting the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and also over on Kent Island. I live in Havre de Grace, Harford Co.

Welcome - I always enjoy the view from your town's bridge!

The engineering company I worked for designed both of them, the Tydings (I95) and the Haytem (US Rte. 40) bridges and I used to climb the steel while inspecting them both. Nice view of the Susquehanna River from the tops of them.

Just watched your Fireworks last Sunday, not bad, not bad.

We boat over that way, other side of the Susquehanna on the flats. Shame on your company for that Tydings bridge, that thing is a maintenance nightmare! (kidding)
