New guy from MI

Good morning, Ive been reading quite a bit here, learned alot, and I am anxious to learn more. Im from MI and I currently have a 28x50 barn with 10' sidewalls, but am moving to our other house soon where I need to put up a shop. I noticed its still a rough time to put up a shop since prices seem crazy still. I am looking at 42x40x14 with 12' lean to.
