I joined here earlier today after I saw the Made in the USA forum! I'm lov'n it alot! I wish the car forums I belong to had one!
I started building my shop back in Oct. 2005. It's a post frame building, 1080 sq. ft. (24x40 w/ 6x20 bump out off the back),10 ft. walls (and a 12 ft. 4in. raised ceiling in the center bay for a car hoist), walls are 10 in. thick for R-30, ceiling has R-38, 100 AMP service, sewer line (capped until the restroom is done), water line, high efficient gas furnace, AC, 5 horsepower-60 gal. compressor, cat-5 cable, telephone line, and cable TV line. The floor is unfinished concrete (with footings in place for a 2-post hoist in the center bay). Lots of 100W CFL's for no (or very low) shadows. I haven't taped and no mud applied to the ceiling yet.
I've got some pictures somewhere and will post them in the proper forum if / when I find them.

By unfinished concrete, I mean no coatings or paint!
