Hey there folks,
I'm a young father of one living in a ranching community with my wife and daughter. My main hobbies are gaming and R/C. I am a Hunter Education instructor in my local district and have been doing that for about 5 years now. I'm not sure how long I've been a member here as there have been a few occasions where I have thought about building a garage.
I'm currently putting price lists together for a garage I hope to start working on next summer. I will be doing the prep work this summer and finalize the prep next spring. Current price list for stick built is up to $4k for all framing lumber, doors, windows. I'm on the fence between a 28x24 with loft or a 24x32 with attic trusses. I'm leaning towards the latter as the extra four feet floor space would be fantastic.
Anyway, there I am in a nutshell with my plans. Hoping to follow through with it this time. Look forward to sharing with you all as I progress, and as usual I'll be keeping my eyes on all the projects around here.
