Hi All,

My name is Steve and I'm looking to get a handle on getting my small two car garage in order.

Been reading posts here for a while and just want to start posting.

First job up is getting the floor done.

Later,
Steve

The reason for doing the floor job first is it's been a lot of years since it's been installed and it is mess. I'm just wondering if replacement is a better route. I'll open a new post to get into that subject.

Thanks for the reply's,
Steve

Hey there, from Columbus (but soon to be Indianapolis). Are you having problems with the concrete because of road salt? I noticed a bunch of potch marks and spalling from the top of our concrete garage floor. My plan, if we were staying longer, was to repair/patch the concrete to a smooth/even surface, and then cover in epoxy. I don't have experience with that, but I figured it would be best to hold up to the salt and be easy to wash out and keep clean.
