First house had a small 2 car attached garage...but also had 40x20 shed, and 12x24 single car garage.
Moved to the city and had to suffer with the "3 car garage" that didn't really fit three cars.
Wife and I are moving back to the country (3 acres)! True three car garage with three separate garage doors...and the best part...
