hey whats up. ive been lurking here for a few months now, its an awesome site, lots of great info. my girlfriend and i have recently purchased our first house, and it has a 24x24 attatched garage with a 18x24 addition on the backside of it.
it needs some help, the main floor was once nice, but has some serious salt damage in the first bay, and the floor in the addition looks like its always been a mess. the back part is un insulated and no heat, but at least the front part has some heat and lights...
ive got alot of work ahead of me, i hope to someday have the entire thing heated, lighted, 220 power, and setup so i can get my tools and shop equipment out of my parents garge before they decide to auction it all off on me.
