Hey everyone, glad to be here. Been reading for a bit and gleaning some great information from you all. Looking to break ground on our garage this spring so I'll be posting in the general forum in the next couple days with my lot layout and proposed garage footprint. It's gonna be tight!

Hey Pelican, that sounds about right. And if you got lucky, you had to use your defrosters AND your AC in your car in the same day LOL

Definitely good to see. Back in the 80’s I remember a lot of abandoned buildings. Need to get back and visit my parents after this pandemic is over.
