Where to start? Hi. Been lurking for a few months, thought I would introduce myself.
New to having my own garage. Loving it so far. My wife and I had our home built last year w/ an attached 3 car tandem garage that's about 550 sq ft. Not all that big but enough for our two cars and a workbench, a few cabinets and some extra working room.
So far I've added a cheap 24" x 96" "workbench" made from a shelving unit, utility sink and Craftsman 5 drawer cabinet and matching chest.
Lighting was poor with only a couple 2 bulb incandescent fixtures. Replaced one with a 4 bulb t8 florescent. Still need to replace the other and possibly add two more.
