About to retire so I'm getting my 12'x 18' storage shed ready for my tinkering. Getting electricity to it next week and I'll be building a 12' x 28" work bench made tomorrow. I just got in a vintage Milwaukee hd swivle anvil vice (3 3/4 jaw width) with another one comming in Monday. I'll completly restore them and bolt them to the bench. They are so solid and cool.
I have a window ac installed as well as two oil heaters. Will finish roughing in the plug in's and lights I hope by Tuesday next week, the electrician will have the power ran. I having him put an RV plug in outside garage near breaker box. I have a great generator that will push 50 amps and that will be enough to run all the crutial stuff in my house such as hvac, tv, and such. We get ice storms here and I expect one this year.
Once the workshop is done, I'll start tearing down my 1975 Honda 360T I'm restoring. Gonna be fun.
I'll be asking some dumb questions so forgive me for being a bit dim.
Thanks for allowing me to be part of the group. I'll try not to get off track

Welcome to the Forum from the shore of San Diego Bay.

I found Retirement to be a Life Changing event; I am glad that I was advised to find something to occupy my mental and physical energy before I suddenly no longer had a "Work life" to fill my days.

Welcome from S. Idaho.

Sounds like you've got enough projects to keep you busy. We're looking forward to reading more about your Honda and your shop. Btw, I retired ~ 3 yrs ago and was quickly convinced that 'not working' was the worst job I've ever had. I'm now mostly over this lousy feeling due to all the garage, house, yard, and vehicle/motorcycle maintenance & projects I've got lined up. Have a great retirement Brando!
