Hi, I am new to the forum and am trying to check out some of your guys garages. My name is George and I am 25 years old, my wife and I bought a nice house in town last September and now its my turn to plan and build the garage. I am still working out the bugs in the finial building plans that I need to submit to the city so I can get a permit to build this spring. But its sure that we know it will be 38'x28' with two 16'x8' doors, 12ft ceilings, a bathroom, and central heat with a/c. I am going to be contracting out the concrete and plumbing, after that its all my friends and I doing the rest. I am building it to allow me to complete some of my personal projects that I shouldn't keep at work. I am the shop manager at a local mechanic shop. I enjoy working on and building up motorcycles, tractors, big 4x4 trucks, and sports cars. I will start a thread of my build as soon as I get my building permit this spring.

Welcome. I see you are a rotory fan. I used to have an 83 RX-7, I wish I had kept it. It was a fun car! But then I wish I had kept a lot of the cars I used to own! LOL

I enjoy working on a rotary, I would like to get a 1st gen RX won of these days or a REPU. I have a modified late 2nd gen that spends most of its time in storage since I don't have my garage built, I have put 4k miles on it in the last 4 years. The only time I get it out is for club drives or SCCA stuff. I am glad I found this forum, thanks for the welcome
