My education is local tradeschool. Got certs in structural smaw (stick welding), mechattonics (industrial maintenance) and hvac. Before tradeschool i spent the better part of a decade doing commercial construction, my trade was electrical. Before that i spent roughly a year in an independant mechanic shop. Lots of fun but i wasnt fast enough to make a living.
A fellow hvac tech from another site refered me here. He goes by hmd on hvacproforums. We were chatting about my problems and he recommended this site. Turns out there are more guys like me who cant stop buying tools.
