Nice site. I have been looking for something like this for so long. I have a 30x30 stick built shop. It's a barn type lay out with an up stairs suited for an apartment. My grandfather and I built it 14 years ago when materials weren't so expensive, I probably have around $18000.00 in it. The concrete was only $40 a yard. I have a homemade paint shop on one side and work area on the other. All the walls are made out of 2x6x10's. If can get the picture of it on here, the two gas pumps in the front of shop that I restored were used in the hit movie "WE ARE MARSHALL". The movie was about the plane crash in the 70's that killed the Marshall University Football Team.
