Hello all. I've been lurking on this site for a little while, and since I made a post in the classifieds, I figured it's time to introduce myself.
My name's Sean and I'm 28. I was in the army for 4 years and when I got out, I started going to tech school for automotive. I just finished and got my associate's a couple months ago. I'm a tech at the Sears auto center in Lynnwood, WA, but now that I'm done with school I'll be looking for something that pays better and is a bit more interesting.
Right now my wife and I rent a house with a little 1 car garage, but our offer just got approved on an 1800 sq.ft. house with a nice 2 car garage. It'll be the first house we've owned. All I have to say is short sales are a PITA, but we'll be walking into this place with like 80k in equity. I'm looking forward to getting started on the shop.
Well that's about it. I'm glad I found this place. I've already got some good ideas/info and there seems to be a good group of people here.
