Hey guys, I have been lurking for a few weeks, admiring all of the garage builds and information.
I am starting a major project at my home right now. I will update with pictures as I go on a build thread as others have done. It will be a 30x30 2 story addition to my current home, the downstairs will be all garage with 2 10x8 garage doors and single man door. The upstairs will contain regular living area and be connected to the main home, it will have a master bedroom and bathroom with walk in closet, an extra bedroom as well as a laundry room. Along with all of that we will also have the existing house re-sided with new soffit/fascia and gutters.
Looking forward to gaining ideas and advice.
