Nate: just don't ask how big should you make your new garage/shop/barn because 99% of the time the members will say as big as you can afford or maybe borrow. i'm sure you will be a great addition to our group so ask questions if you need some help and if we see the question we all try to help if we can.
a couple tips to help you. maybe put your location in your profile and since it's Texas (on this thread only) maybe city and state or area or Texas works too. since we have members from all over the world sometimes when you ask a question the best answer depends on where you live. also if you want to put a favorite picture under your new handle click on avitar in the profile and attach one.
hope you enjoy the reading and if you haven't found the garage gallery and the hundreds or maybe thousands of threads there that is a good place to start. i usually hang in old tools, but i do like to go in the garage gallery to see what the members are doing and dream a bit.
