New member on here, but have read several articles over the years....

Retired US Army & Reverve aviation tech, former German car tech.

Current hobbies are worlds apart - older VW's and custom picture framing.

I must give a shout out to my wife that most would call the ultimate enabler since she drags me to swap meets, car shows, estate sales and calls me when she finds vintage garage memorabilia or other "guy stuff" when I am at work, and she isn't afraid of getting her hands dirty or breaking a nail helping around the garage or frame studio.

930 Dreamer- I spent the summer of 98 in Amarillo - the only place I think hotter is Iraq in the summer.

Dave - I am actually in the Lewisville / Flower Mound area, now but I used to live near March and Keller Springs years ago.
