Hey fellas and ladies, I am new here but not new to tools. This forum interest me mainly because I like using my hands, but also I am a tool nut. The more over-engineered, over-built, specialized, and older the better to me. I hope to learn here, and not go h all the cool tools I never knew existed before.

HYT: you are in the right forum if you like tools and especially old tools. i tend to hang on the vise thread and if you haven't seen it there are quite a few to say the least.

post up a few pictures of some of your favorites here so you'll know how to post pictures and just ask if you have any questions about how to use our forum. i bet i ask questions in over half my posts and i usually get an answer of some sort.
