Hello, All. I am Daniel in Southcentral Kansas. I keep getting this notice that I have never posted to the site so I thought I would do so.

My garage leaves much to be desired. It is 12' X 24' and stuffed to the gills with tools and other gear. I am looking here for much needed inspiration to get the clutter tamed so that I may actually work in the garage.

What kind of work? Well, let's see...

I love woodworking, metalworking, photography, and will try just about anything once. My son (age 12) and I also just earned our HAM radio license and will probably dedicate a small corner for our HAM shack as it grows.

My son and I also have two '66 Chevy pickup that we are rebuilding. Most of this work will be done outside on the drive as space it too limited to bring the trucks in the garage, but I must still store the tools and equipment. Parts are generally kept down at the storage rental place until needed.

Well, that about covers it and then some. Looking forward to some more inspirational spaces here.

It's really great to hear that you're spending time with your son working on the trucks and messing with the HAM radios. So many dads these days don't. Good for you for taking the time to pass on your skills to him.

Welcome Daniel.

Howdy, Daniel. I'm a new member and first time poster in NE Kansas. Have fun teaching and working with your son.
