Hey there! I'm from North Central Ohio. Married with a little one on the way. I love this site, so glad I found it, ALOT of great info!
I am looking into building a 26 x 26 garage onto our house. Our house is a split level in the main part with the living room(formerly a garage) and kitchen being built on a slab. Has anyone ever attached a pole building to a house before? I'm considering that route vs pouring a footer to save a little $$, but i dont know if its a good idea or if i should just do it the right way(pour a footer). Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks in advance.
