New guy in Texas .....

I'm Bruce, and live in Central Texas near Fort Hood. I discovered this site a couple of weeks ago and have spent WAY too many hours reading the great build threads and other interesting discussions. I'm a retired electronics engineer and a ham radio operator, and have always ebjoyed having a workshop and tools and something to tinker with. Currently my shop is set up for general home maintenance work, and tinkering with guns and motorcycles. Sometimes gets converted to electronics and computer tinkering.

Anyway, I love all the discussions. Being a compulsive organizer I especially like to see ideas on storage and organization. Please keep them coming!

Tinkering is a good way to go. I was talking to the neighbors dad the other day and he was complaining about how his kids never learned to operate tools. My dad was always doing some project around the house and I wanted to be just like him. Weird this is I've turned into my Dad tinkering around in the garage bald spot and all.
