New Guy in Virginia

Hello Everyone,

I am starting on the journey to build my last garage of my dreams and looking for advice. I look forward to reading through all the posts on stick built vs steel buildings, concrete floors with various floor coverings, fluorescent vs cfl lights, scissor jacks vs. 2 post, etc. And of course the most pressing issue, what size garage is "enough"? I am leaning toward a metal building, insulated, about 24X50 with 12 foot walls, 3 roll-up doors, insulated, HVAC, 220, sink and 2 post lift.
